Message or inspection point that I could use to see if any refrigerant exits the system before taking the car in to an AC shop?

Are you running stock OEM radiator? I have checked everything with my cooling system, I cannot find anything wrong with it. Everything, other than the radiator, I installed myself and were purchased brand new. The t-stat and the water pump were replaced when I had the engine out and have approx. 10k miles on them. I even got rid of the casting flash when I had the block out and replaced all the core plugs. It is not a headgasket issue as I am not losing any coolant, and had my oil verified by blackstone labs and they did not find anything traces of coolant in it.

I have nightmares about that happening...I'd be the poor bastard you'd hear about on the news that gets killed by a softball-size chunk while spreading out my body over the hood and screaming "Nooo!" (Having a conversation about hail damage) - BradZ (FL) on March 25, 2005 at 9:56 PM

Tell your friend that you could take a dump, light it on fire and that would be hotter shit than his car. Probes suck, that's just all there is to it. - 300ZXpert (someday) on April 04, 2005 at 11:35 PM
